These Terms govern your access to and use of the HexaSentra platform and services ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to them; if you use it for an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.
HexaSentra provides external attack surface management — discovery, validation, and monitoring of internet-facing assets you authorize. Access is provided on a subscription or trial basis as agreed in your plan.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Passwords must meet our minimum strength requirements.
Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Trials convert or expire per their terms and access ends automatically when a subscription lapses. See our Refund Policy.
You retain all rights to your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service. We retain all rights to the Service, software, and our research. Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and DPA.
The Service is provided "as is." Security findings are best-effort and do not guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. On termination, your access ends and we will delete or return your data per the DPA and Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms with notice for material changes. Governing law and venue will be as specified in your order form or, absent one, the laws applicable at our principal place of business.
